  • How do I place an order?
    Baby cakes can be ordered online through the Order Now page. Your purchase will be confirmed through an email within two business days. For other enquires and custom designs, please submit a contact form and we will be in touch.
  • How much notice do you require for orders?
    Orders for the current week close on Monday at 9:00am, or as soon as we reach maximum orders for that week (which ever comes first!). We recommend ordering two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • How do pick-ups work?
    Pickup is from Floreat, W.A. Specific pickup details including pickup address will be included in your confirmation email. You can enter your preferred pickup date when ordering online- please check our avaliablilty BEFORE entering a date. Any order submitted for an already unavailable date will be moved to the nearest available date. Cake pick-ups are available on: Fridays between 4:00pm and 6:00pm OR Saturdays between 9:00am and 11:00am. If you are unable to collect your cake in either of these time slots, feel free to get in touch to arrange an alternative collection time or have your cake delivered for a small fee.
  • How does delivery work?
    Delivery is available for an additional $20.00 for delivery within 25km of Floreat. The delivery fee is added to the total cost of your purchase. While we cannot provide a specific delivery time, most deliveries are completed in the morning between 8:00am and 11:30am. If you are unable to be home to receive your order, please leave an esky or suitable cooling bag for your cake to be placed in until you are home. Alternatively, we suggest having your order delivered to a business address; This is also helpful if you are ordering a gift for someone else who is likely to be at a business address during the day. If you do require a specific delivery time, please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange this, however it is subject to our external delivery provider's availability. If no one is available to accept the delivery, and no suitable cooling device has been provided, the box will be left in a safe place outside the residence. Syft. Perth remains exempt from any responsibility for loss arising because of goods being left at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from damaged or melted products.
  • What is the best way to store and serve my cake?
    Store your cake in the fridge and serve at room temperature; We recommend taking them out at least 30 minutes before serving. Your cake will remain fresh for up to one week if stored in the refrigerator, however we recommend consuming them within four days.
  • What if I need a cake for a day other than Friday or Saturday?
    Due to the nature of our products and our carefully developed recipes, all of our cakes are guaranteed to stay fresh for up to four days after pickup. Therefore, there is no need to worry if you are collecting your order a few days in advance.
  • Do you offer gluten-free cakes?
    Yes! Gluten-free Baby Cakes can be ordered through the link below. Please note that all cakes are baked in the same facility, so gluten-free cakes are not guaranteed coeliac-friendly.
